Official rules for theZiggy Marley Wild and Free CD contest(Ziggy Contest)

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Ziggy Contest is offered toresidents of countries where such contests are allowed by the laws of thosecountries. By entering the Ziggy Contest, you accept sole responsibility fordetermining whether your participation is legal in any jurisdiction thatapplies to you. Participants must be of the age of majority in theirjurisdiction of residence and have an active email account and Internet accessat the time of entry. By participating in the Ziggy Contest you agree to theseOfficial Rules. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest begins on June 14, 2011and ends at 11:00 p.m. USA EST on July 31, 2011.

3. ENTRY

No purchase required. Registrationis required to participate. Submissions must not be offensive, illegal, orinfringe on the rights of others, and such submissions are subject todisqualification and deletion. Entrants may not enter with multiple emailsand/or multiple identities nor may entrants use any automated means toartificially inflate entries. Any entrant who attempts to participate withmultiple emails and/or multiple identities or uses any device or artificialmeans to achieve more entries will be disqualified.

4. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be chosen from the poolof participants who answered the 10 questions correctly. There will be five (5)winners who receive a redemption code from Ziggy Marley/Tuff Gong Worldwide fora free Wild and Free CD download, andone (1) winner will receive an autographed copy of Wild and Free CD.

5. PRIZES

Winners will be announced onReggaeReport.com and Reggae Report Facebook and Twitter on August 6, 2011. Winner’snames and emails will be forwarded to Tuff Gong Worldwide, who has sole responsibilityfor sending out the winning CD and five redemption codes. No assignment,transfer or substitution of any prize is permitted. By accepting a prize, ZiggyContest winners agree that their name and likeness may be used for advertisingand promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafterdeveloped without territorial or time limitations. Taxes, if applicable, on prizesare the sole responsibility of winner.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Reggae Report reserves the right, atits sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its solediscretion, to be tampering with the Ziggy Contest process or the operation ofthe Contest or the Website; acting in violation of these Official Rules; to beacting in an unethical, illegal, or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy,abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of automated process willvoid all such entries by such methods and persons using such method will bedisqualified. If for any reason this Ziggy Contest is not capable of beingconducted as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causeswhich, in the sole opinion of Reggae Report, corrupt or affect theadministration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of thisContest, Reggae Report reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify orsuspend the Contest. If the Ziggy Contest is terminated due to tampering ortechnical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted onthe website at http://reggaereport.com.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGEREGGAEREPORT.COM WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE ZIGGYCONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH ANATTEMPT BE MADE, REGGAE REPORT/RRI MEDIA CORP. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEKDAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM THOSE RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTEDBY LAW.

IS NOTRESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, LOST, OR MISDIRECTED ENTRIES, AND DOES NOT ASSUMERESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAYIN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTIONOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO REGGAEREPORT.COM WEBSITE. 8. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTES

As a condition of participating inthe Ziggy Contest, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolvedbetween the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connectedwith this Contest, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of the Winnershall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class actionexclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of theAmerican Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute,under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and youhereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages,or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than your actualout-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the Ziggy Contest,and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

All issues and questions concerningthe construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these OfficialRules, or your rights and obligations, Ziggy Contest shall be governed by, andconstrued in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., withoutgiving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and you agree to thejurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Miami,Miami-Dade County, Florida for any disputes relating to the Ziggy Contest orthese Official Rules.

In the event of a dispute as to theidentity of any winner based on an email address or domain name, the winningentry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the emailaddress or domain name submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder”is defined as the person who is assigned the email address by an Internetaccess provider, online service provider or other organization that isresponsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with thesubmitted email address, or in the event of domain name, the administrativeContact listed in the public WHOIS at the time Ziggy Contest commences.
