RRI Media Corp., a Miami, Florida-based corporation, aka Reggae Report enjoys an international reputation. As we celebrate 25 years in 2008, we look
forward with great anticipation to the possibilities of this Web site. This is not the beginning of our journey, but
a continuation. From its humble
beginnings as a newsletter in 1983, Reggae Report evolved into a glossy
magazine that, by 1986, was distributed throughout the U.S. and dozens
of cities around the world. By the
mid-90s, Reggae Report had an international following in more than 42
countries, a collection of awards and accolades, and a history of consistency
and dependability. In addition, it was
recognized as the ultimate source for Reggae news and information, sustained a
reputation for providing quality journalism, and received the trust, support,
and respect of performers and music industry professionals on all levels.
Our goal is to present a site that
speaks to the audience, a site that will engage and entertain Reggae fans
totally. Our success will be based on
brand power, intellectual property, and our strong competitive position. As our site grows, fans will reap the
rewards. In 2007, RRI Media Corp.
introduced "Backstage @ReggaeReport.com," a Net TV-video show produced from its
Miami base. "Backstage" will bring you up close and
personal interviews with artists and industry professionals. The momentum will carry us to destinations
worldwide, and will bring you visual contact with your favorite stars and
locations. In addition, we will have visitor
interaction, as well as a portal where fans will interact with each other. The plan is ongoing. As we reach one goal, we will strive for
another. We will endeavor to meet and
exceed your expectations.
